The Canadian Cowboys Association (CCA) sanctions over 60 rodeos across Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Montana for over 700 rodeo members competing in roughstock and timed events. The CCA is the largest semi-professional rodeo association in Canada.
Rodeo is always an exciting, action-packed sport to watch and is annually enjoyed by over 1.3 million rodeo fans across Canada each year. The CCA alone records over 250,000 people in attendance at our sanctioned rodeos and Rodeo Finals.
The CCA Rodeo Finals is presented in partnership with Canadian Western Agribition in Regina, Saskatchewan each November.

Canadian Cowboy’s Association Now Accepting Nominations & Applications for:
Nominations for Cowboy & Cowgirl of the Year. Please check criteria in your rulebook. Nominations to be received by October 31, 2008.
Now accepting applications for the 2008 CCA Finals Rodeo; Pickup Men, Judges, Bullfighters, Timers, Chute Boss, Stock Boss by September 15, 2008.
Now accepting applications for Scholarships of:
First & Second Year Female $500.00
First & Second Year Male $500.00
Third & Fourth Year Female $500.00
Third & Fourth Year Male $500.00
These funds are for secondary education and will paid out January 31, 2009. Applications must be in the office by October 31, 2008. Please contact the office for more information

| 2008 Novice Saddle Bronc/Novice Bareback Finals will be held in conjunction with Central Butte Rodeo October 10 & 11th. Top 3 in each event will qualify. Check the approval for entry information |
The CCA will again be inviting the 1st place Season Leader’s in the 7 major and the 2 junior events from the Dodge Tour Series to the 2008 CCA Rodeo Finals, in turn this will leave 9 positions in the seven major events and 5 positions in the junior events for members to vie for.
CCA Ontario Season Leaders who qualify for the 2008 CCA Finals Rodeo In November must declare their intent to attend the CCA Finals in Regina by no later than Monday September 8th, 2008, 4:30 pm Sask. Time. If you do not contact the office you will be considered not attending. |
