Membership (please print so the form is double sided), Health form, Profile form, copy of June 2009 report card/transcript, membership dues $125.00, post dated Sponsorship cheque for $100.00 (April 1, 2010) made payable to SHSRA and post dated Volunteer cheque for $50.00(November 30, 2009) sponsorship cheque and volunteer cheque must be filled out  completely and mailed to the office. Both of these cheques will be returned if you get a sponsor and you volunteer at Agribition to sell 50/50 tickets or ranch horse sale books. Please remember to List the events you are planning to enter for the season on your SK. membership form. If you have any questions or concerns please call the office before you send your forms so their is no delay in processing the forms. postmarked no later than August 3rd, 2009 in order to be eligible to enter our 1st rodeo. Post marked August 10th for our 2nd fall rodeo and Postmarked by August 17th for our 3rd fall rodeo. New and renewing members can join anytime, but must have your paperwork to Maxine one week prior to the Monday Night entry date.  No number will be issued and you will not be allowed to rodeo if any of the paperwork is not filled out correctly and to the office by the deadlines! Any problems with getting forms to print or download, please call the office (Maxine 246-4421) and she will get the forms to you.
Any member on our SHSRA blacklist because of unpaid fees from our previous season your membership application will not be accepted until suchtime your fees have been mailed to the office.
