CONGRATULATIONS on qualifying for the Canadian High School Rodeo Finals! We are looking forward to welcoming you to Williams Lake in August for the NHSRA –sanctioned finals.

Contestant Registration: Thursday, August 7 noon – 10 pm. Friday, August 8 8am-10am
Directors Meeting (parents please attend): Thursday, August 7 at 7pm.
Contestants Meeting: Friday, August 8 at 11 am.
Team Pictures: At your float before the parade.(Saturday)

Performance Times: Cutting 9 am      Friday, August 8

                                                                Sunday, August 10

                                     Rodeo 12 noon Friday, August 8

Ticket Prices: Adult/Youth       $20 for 3 day pass                 $10 per day
                       Seniors 65+       $10 for 3 day pass                 $5 per day
                      Children (12 & under) FREE

Parade – Saturday, Aug. 9 at 10:00 am. This is your chance to showcase your athletes to the community of Williams Lake . Each province will be supplied with a 20’ (approx) trailer. Use your imagination – bring decorations, balloons, flags, etc. We will provide a helium tank to inflate your balloons. The parade route is a 15-20 minute walk from the Stampede Grounds through downtown Williams Lake . Please have your queen and/or alternate ride her horse and carry a provincial flag. Everyone must be in Western attire.

Swimming – Bring your bathing suits - we have rented the pool Thursday from 9 – 11 pm.
Softball – Bring your softball mitts – we have a ball diamond on the stampede grounds.

Trade Fair & Photographers

Chuckwagon Supper & Entertainment in the Let ‘Er Buck Saloon – Saturday 5:30 pm
Dance & Karaoke 9pm – midnight
